Reason for Position:
The Econome Assistant is responsible for:

Tasks :
- Receive foodstuffs and products, control their quality and quantity.
- Store the merchandise in the places provided and ensure its distribution to the various departments.
- Ensure compliance with the application of regulations concerning food safety.
- To ensure the follow-up of the state of the stock and its supply.
- Ensure compliance with the safety rules attached to the activity
- Ensure compliance with the rules of storage (fifo).
- Control and follow the traceability of raw materials in production in consultation with the manager, the head of the kitchen and the hygiene officer.
- Guarantee the cleanliness and the tidiness of the storage places
